First unit delivered had a problem which was swiftly replaced by another which is now working perfectly.

Ordered online, item arrived as described with zero defects, fast shipping and delivery from a driver who kept to his timeslot. A fast and simple transaction and that's all that I wanted.

I am not satisfy with their speed on replying quotation of multiple buy, there are delay in the process, they keep on saying not receive my email, but I have received their automatic reply. When I finally reach a customer service officer, he said that the promotion ended, however, after listening to my situation, he is willing to make the same offer. And the deliver is fast. Overall, it is good.

Perfect transaction from start to finish, very considerate delivery guys who went above and beyond to make sure that our sizeable item was carefully delivered and unpacked. Very happy with the service, will be using you again and can highly recommend!
